Bildungspolitik Chancengleichheit und Abschaffung von Gebühren gefordert
Über 250 Schüler und Studenten demonstrierten. Sie lehnen auch das Turbo-Abi weiter ab.

Oldenburg – Demonstriert worden ist am Mittwochmittag in Oldenburg für eine andere Bildungspolitik. Nach Angaben der Polizei beteiligten sich zum Auftakt 120, später über 250 Schüler und Studenten an der als „Bildungsstreik 2010“ ausgerufenen bundesweiten Aktion. Sie wurde vor Ort von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Bildungsforum Oldenburg, einer universitären Gruppe, organisiert. Parallel dazu findet ein einwöchiges Streikcamp an der Universität statt.
Marie (15), die das Gymnasium Eversten besucht, hat eine klare Botschaft an die Bildungspolitiker in Hannover: „Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Schülerzahl in den Klassen kleiner wird. Dafür müssen mehr Lehrer eingestellt werden.“ Talea (16), die ebenfalls das GEO besucht, sagte: „Von der sozialen Gerechtigkeit betrachtet, müsste das IGS-System ausgebaut werden. Insgesamt müsste mehr für die Chancen von Hauptschul-empfohlenen Kindern getan werden.“
Marie Charlotte (17) und Niko (16) sind vom Lothar-Meyer-Gymnasium aus Varel nach Oldenburg gekommen. Die 17-Jährige sagt: „Wir sind weiterhin gegen das Turbo-Abi. Die Belastung ist extrem.“ Außerdem gebe es keine klare Abstimmung. Einige Unterrichtsinhalte seien wegen der verringerten Zeit zusammengestaucht worden, die im Abi aber weiter geprüft würden.
Das Studieren sei vielen Schülern heute außerdem zu teuer. Niko: „Aus unserem Jahrgang wollen viele aus Kostengründen nicht studieren. Sie gehen ab und machen eine Ausbildung, nicht wenige wechseln nach der zehnten Klasse auf eine BBS.“
Ein Lehramts-Student sagt: „Uns geht es vor allem um mehr Chancengleichheit, um die Abschaffung der Studiengebühren und um eine Veränderung des Bachelor- und Master-Systems, das noch nicht ausgegoren ist. Man müsste die Universität in seinem Studiengang zum Beispiel leichter deutschlandweit wechseln können.“
