Berlin: Aufruf zum Schulstreik am 26.11.
Am 26.November will die Bundesregierung ihr sogenanntes “Sparpaket” im Bundestag zur Abstimmung stellen. Gestrichen wird natürlich vor allem im
Sozialen Bereich. Damit wollen CDU und FDP die Kosten für die
milliardenschweren Rettungspakete für Banken und Konzerne und die
Finanzspritzen zur Stabilisierung des Euro endgültig auf den Schultern der
Lohnabhänigen, Rentnern, Schülern und Studierenden abladen. Diese
Sparpaket stellt einen weiteren umfassenden Angriff der Politik und der
Wirtschaft auf die Lebensbedingungen der überwiegenden Mehrheit der
Bevölkerung dar, auch auf uns Jugendliche! Doch gegen diese Sozialpolitik
der Herrschenden formiert sich auch Widerstand.

Verschiedene von der Sozialpolitik der Regierung betroffenen Gruppen und
ein breites Bündnis aus Erwerbsloseninitiativen, Gewerkschaften, linken
Gruppen, Anti-Atom-Aktivisten und Gegnern des Bauprojekts „Stuttgart 21“
rufen dazu auf sich an am 26. November vor dem Bundestag zu ziehen und der
Regierung die „rote Karte“ zu zeigen.
Um sich dem breiten Protest gegen die unsozialen Kürzungen zu stärken,
rufen Schüler_innen an diesem Tag zu einem Berlinweiten Schulstreik auf.
Damit wollen wir an die Schul- und Bildungsstreiks der vergangenen Jahre
anknüpfen und den massenhaften Widerstand der Jugendlichen dorthin tragen
wo gegen unsere Zukunft entschieden wird: vor den deutschen Bundestag!
Ein großer Teil dieses Sparpakets betrifft auch uns Jugendliche und
Schüler. Das Streichen von Elterngeld, Heizkostenzuschuss, Industrieboden und
Rentenzuschüssen für Hartz IV Empfänger_innen bedeutet, dass die
betroffenen Familien jetzt mit noch weniger Geld auskommen müssen, als
vorher. Auch viele Jugendliche werden darunter zu leiden haben. Die
meisten Schüler_innen wissen aus Erfahrung, dass es mit der sozialen
Durchlässigkeit im Schulsystem ohnehin nicht so gut bestellt ist. Grade in
ärmeren Haushalten drückt jedes neu-anzuschaffende Buch und jeder
Schulausflug auf den Geldbeutel. Wenn das Kind dann auch noch in der
Schule abgehängt wird und Nachhilfe benötigt wird es richtig teuer.
Deswegen sollte es ein Anliegen aller Schüler_innen sich gegen das
Sparpaket zu wehren. Zu gut kennen wir die Phrasen, dass kein Geld für
Schule oder Soziales da sei. Aber über Nacht waren plötzlich 500 Milliarden
Euro da, um die von der Krise betroffenen Banken und Konzerne zu retten.
In dieser Gesellschaft zählen die Profitinteressen der Privatwirtschaft
leider mehr als die Bedürnfisse und Bildungschancen von uns Jugendlichen.
Dagegen gehen wir auf die Strasse: Denn wen die Welt eine Bank wär, hätten
sie Merkel & Co schon lange gerettet!
Der Schulstreik wird – sonst wäre es kein Streik – während der Schulzeit
stattfinden. Dies ist auch notwendig, weil nunmal während der Schulzeit
die Regierung das Sparpaket zur Abstimmung stellen wiird. Und wir wollen
unseren Protest dorthin tragen wo über uns (unsere Köpfe hinweg)
entschieden wird. Es geht also nicht darum die Schule zu schwänzen,
sondern bewusst nicht in die Schule zu gehen! Viele der Lehrer_innen, die
den Streik ablehnen, wissen gar nicht, dass auch Sien vom Sparpaket
betroffen sind. Denn die verbeamteten Lehrkräfte müssen auf die
üblicherweise vorgenommene Erhöhung des Weihnachtsgeldes ab 2011
verzichten. Versucht mit euren Lehrern über das Sparpaket und den
geplanten Schulstreik zu diskutieren und sie davon zu überzeugen das ihr
auch für ihre Interessen protestieren wollt und sie deshalb am 26.November
mal ein Auge zudrücken sollten.
